Occasion: Davis Kdphi Formals: 1.22.10. A very very belated post! I didn't think I'd make it to another Kdphi formal, it was great seeing everyone and for once to be on the other...sober side!
Salad with tomatoes, shaved carrots, mixed greens with italian dressingIt was ok. If only the tomatoe slices were diced instead and if they had balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
SalmonNot bad, but not great. The meal wasn't spectacular. I've totally had better hotel food before. Would I want to book an event there? Hmm, I'll do a tasting first.
Steak with red potatoes, mushroomsSteak didn't have much taste, but i loved the potatoes and the mushrooms. Looks really good though. Again, nothing spectacular.
Chocolate cakeYUM. i was so full,but I always make room for dessert. It was drizzled with a raspberry sauce. Very rich, but it's just how I like it. I finished the whole piece.
