Occasion: Saturday at the Farmer's Market!
White Salmon Lox Open faced sandwich on sourdough bread that's lathered with cream cheese with a thin slice of white salmon over it garnished with capers and onions. A delicious and filling treat on a beautiful saturday at the farmer's market. We had our eye on this stand the last time we were here, but we were too full last time. Glad we got to try it. The salmon was a delight, and I thought my piece of bread had too much cream cheese on it, but it was still amazing.
