Butterfish Blasters
snow crab meat and avocado wrapped in butterfish torched with a garlic-soy
I love love love ordering this everytime I eat here.  It's almost a must, especially when I'm eating here with someone who has never had this before.  It looks like a sushi roll, but it isn't and is served as an appetizer.  It is a beautiful little appetizer that will open up your appetite.  The aroma of the garlic soy and the soft buttery texture of the torched butterfish is mind blowing.  I love the flavor of the garlic soy so much that I drench each piece of the butterfish blaster with the sauce.  To make it even better, each piece is topped with a lot of scallions that definitely add flavor to it.  Oh you can't forget the avocado because that's a must for me.  Each bite is filled with a garlicy, mushy avocado, butterfish melt in your mouth kind of goodness! It has not failed me yet and it's a must here!
The New Legend Roll
shrimp tempura, spicy aioli, avocado topped with seared albacore, spicy garlic sauce and scallions
Another one of my favorite rolls.  This was Henry's favorite roll! I think it must be the garlic sauce and the scallions that did it for him. Oh and the crunch of the shrimp tempura doesn't hurt either.  He loves anything with garlic, scallions and a crispy/crunchy texture.  It's a delicious roll with many different textures and flavor.
Hawaiian Breeze Roll
Mango, avocado and fuji apple topped with tuna,  and drizzled with cilantro pesto
This is one of my favorite rolls to order.   I order it almost everytime!  Absolutely amazing!  It's filled with chopped mango, avocado and fiji apples.  I love the crispy crunch of the apples combined with the crunch of the macadamia nuts sprinkled on top.  Oh and don't forget the zesty cilantro pesto sauce drizzled on top of the roll.  The combination of flavors is amazing and complements each other very well.

Five Wishes Roll
snow crab meat topped with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, albacore & avocado, served with mixed greens and sauce
It was good, but nothing spectacular and doesn't compared to the other rolls we'd ordered. It's more of a simple type of roll, but still good! Just not as tasty as the other ones because the other ones have kind of a fusion twist to it.
