Occasion: Sweets after lunch. During my visit to LA back in June.

Yummy little japanese dessert place in beverly hills! I love how they have an open window where passerbyers can watch from the outside! They also have a BEAUTIFUL chandelier hanging. Anyway, they have savory and sweet Imagawa Yaki (Japanese Desserts). I have a big sweet tooth, so I went for the SWEET ones. I wanted to try everything, but I had just eaten and wasn't too hungry! These little desserts have a waffle like outside with a variety of fillings in the inside.I tried the SWEET GEISHA with AZUKI BEAN (kind of like a red bean), very plain, but still good.NUTTY BUDDHA with chocolate, toffee, and peanut butter, it was good to just have a bite or two but not the whole thing because it was TOO RICH for my liking.KARAOKE KITTY with strawberry, cream cheese and white chocolate. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE! I wanted seconds!!IT was so good i brought some back to SF and they were nice to put it in a travel friendly box for me. At the time I was there, it was buy 6 get the 7th one free.Its a nice small and light snack! Next time I'm down there, i want to try the savory ones.
