Bone Marrow with bacon and carmelized onions
When we ordered this we were totally expecting it to come with a bone, but after placing the order, our waitress informed us that it would be in a mousse form. It was good, but it didn't really taste like bone marrow, nor did it have the texture of it. It reminded me of a cheese mousse. Don't get me wrong, it was good and filled with flavor, especially when eaten with the bacon, it just wasn't what we expected it to be.

Crispy pig’s ear, pickled jalapeno, tomatillo & radish
Sounds weird, but tasted soo good. Pickled jalapeno was sweet and sour and mildly spicy, just good enough for me to handle. The pig's ear was crispy on the outside and had a chewy insides. Very tasty and balanced well with the pickled jalapeno. I would definitely recommend trying it.
Rabbit & truffle cappelletti ‘en consomme’, california asparagus
I couldn't tell that it was rabbit meat in the ravioli, tasted like ground pork or something. You can taste the pasta was fresh made by the crisp of the noodle when you bite into it. Flavor of the dish was pretty good. This dish tasted pretty healthy and I really enjoyed it.
Lamb shoulder, asparagus, sweet peppers & garlic puree
The lamb shoulder was very tender, the asparagus was grilled and tasty, the sweet peppers definitely added a kick to the flavor and the garlic puree was very subtle. The dish was decent, but I thought the flavor of the lamb was just a little too salty. The dish would have been a lot better if it was less salty.
