Apple crumb pastry
Delicious. It looked like a mini apple crumb pie. It was really good, as it did not taste too sweet. The top crumb layer consisted of crumbs mixed with sugar and cinnamon that were perfect. The apple filling was not too much either.
Sour Cream mini pound cake
I've always liked sour cream made pastries. I like the end result texture of the dough. It's creamier, denser, but soo good.
Banana nut mini pound cakes
So addicting. I don't like bananas, but I love banana flavored pastries. It was so good, I couldn't keep it away from my stomach.
