Beef CarpaccioI love it best from vietnamese restaurants. Although it's not the best, it definitely satisfied my late night craving for it. I love it when they put a lot of cilantro and onions. YUM
Bun Rieu
Edible, but horrible. The soup base did not taste like tomato at all. It was definitely lacking in all ingredients that would be needed to make an authentic bowl of bun rieu. Granted it was 2am, but still, you should have all your ingredients in stock...unless...this is how they make it. Not good enough for me.
