Kowloon Tong Dessert Cafe

393 7th Ave
San Francisco, CA 94118

Occasion: Christmas evening dessert! 12.25.11

Glutinous balls filled with sesame paste
This was exactly what I was craving!  Ever since our China trip and having it at Din Tai Fung, I've been trying to get my fix of it. Though it doesn't taste as glutinous and tasty as the one from Din Tai Fung, I guess this will have to do for now.  The ginger syrup definitely adds a little kick of good spice to it. YUM!
 Egglets
How could you possibly go wrong with these addictive goodies.  It has an airy middle but with a crispy yet soft skin. It's delicious and definitely a good little snack to have between dishes.
 Mango Ice Cream Sandwich
You check in with your mobile phone and spend at least $20.00 and you'll get a free ice cream waffle sandwich. This used to be one of my favorite things to order here.  I've grown to enjoy other things on the menu!
Grapefruit mango coconut sago
One of my semi new favorites to order. You have the bittersweet taste of the grapefruit and the tangy sweet taste of the mango with gelatinous sago tapioca balls to chew on. YUM!
